Site Manager
The site manager oversees the day to day operations of the site, ensuring the safety, well-being and compliance of the participants and staff. They will manage facility maintenance, manage resident program activities, supervise contracted and volunteer staff, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure the program adheres to regulations and funding requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, human services, nursing) preferred.
Work Experience: At least 3 years' experience in peer counseling, residential recovery, social services, relevant outreach. Work experience serving those who are unhoused, or domestic violence victims/survivors, or have a behavioral disorder and/or substance dependence preferred.
Lived Experienced: Prefer someone who is or has been unhoused, experienced other housing insecurity, is a domestic violence survivor, or is gender
non-conforming, or is stable in recovery from substance dependence, or is stable, recovered/treated behavioral health condition, or other related lived experience.
