The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD), in collaboration with the Drachman Institute at the University of Arizona, is seeking community input on updates to the City’s zoning regulations for shelter care. Three feedback opportunities are scheduled between September 13 and October 4, 2026.

Art & Vintage Sale Raises Over $8000 for Village #1

Despite extreme summer heat and a classic Tucson monsoon thunderstorm, our community showed up in full force for The Homing Project’s Monsoon & Moonlight Art Market & Silent Auction!  We raised more than $8,000 for The Homing Project, putting us that much closer to the opening of Village #1 and giving our first set of residents a home.

Job Opportunity: Site Manager

The site manager oversees the day to day operations of the site, ensuring the safety, well-being and compliance of the participants and staff. They will manage facility maintenance, manage resident program activities, supervise contracted and volunteer staff, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure the program adheres to regulations and funding requirements.
